‘Twas the Dark Knight Before Christmas
I’ve been to so many Christmas parties this year, I almost forgot there are some people who are duty-bound not to party even on Christmas Eve. To those vigilant people, I dedicate this encounter between Santa Claus and Batman in ‘Twas the Dark Knight Before Christmas.
This Christmas special is part of the fan-made Marvel/DC action figure play series on YouTube. Action figure plays are considered too silly for the economies of offline video — the closest thing I can remember is Thunderbirds, and that actually used marionettes — but they seem perfectly suited to the inexpensive shortform nature of online video. I wish I was this creative with my toys as a kid.
